All EZTokens are valid for 31 days from the day of purchase. All tokens have to be used within the 31 days. EZTokens are non-refundable.

If you are coming up on your 31 days and have tokens left over you can book additional services like SEO, content, or maintenance on your secondary website.

No. You can cancel at any time as this is a subscription service. Meaning it runs month to month.

No, but if you submit a ticket we will always get back to you within 24 hours and most of the time, a lot sooner.

Select an EZ Token package and add it to your cart. Complete a quick form and make payment. You can start using your tokens immediately.

Head over to All Tasks. Select a task you would like completed, submit the form and we will do the rest.

To start a subscription is the same as buying EZ Tokens. Because this is a month-to-month subscription there are no additional steps.

Yes. When buying your EZTokens package you can cancel it in your accounts dashboard. We would hate to see you go.

Tasks are the services we offer and the jobs we do for you. There are many different categories to choose from.

Tickets make up the conversation thread between you and the developer once you’ve booked a task.

Head over to All Tasks. Select a task you would like completed, submit the form and we will do the rest.

Head over to the Accounts page and click on the Tasks tab. There you will find your task’s ticket and the conversation thread related to it.
